We wish to ensure that all of our athletes receive the best and most professional coaching service possible. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your coach’s performance or would like to confidentially report an issue – please write to us at info@buzzperformance.com in confidence

Our coaches spend time planning sessions weeks in advance and therefore we have a per month commitment. It is the responsibility of the individual athlete to cancel their subscription before it rolls over.
We recommend a mimimum of 3 months of consistent training to see results.

If an athlete has a preference for a particular coach that is great, but if not we help decide which coach would be most suitable. It’s important to have a good coaching relationship. Each coach has their own style, hence matching coaches to athletes is important.
