What happens in Buzz Fitness classes?
All Buzz Fitness classes start with a warm up to prepare your body for the work ahead, the main set is designed to stimulate and challenge you in a controlled and supported environment and then we finish with a cool down so you leave feeling even better than when you arrived.
- Spinning: Boost your mood and build a stronger leaner body. A high-energy indoor cycling class with unique play lists of energizing music. A brilliant fat burning cardio workout that will tone and shape your legs and develop a strong core.
- Suspension Training: A suspension training workout is designed to develop full body functional strength, balance, flexibility and core stability.
- Body Conditioning: A low intensity workout designed to improve functional strength & stability. A stronger functional core makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favourite sport – it’s the glue that holds everything together.
